Ch Bayenzi Melody Maker (Melly)
Best In Show: Basenji Club NSW 2004 Judge: Mr Simon Parsons (UK)
(From limit Class)
Group winner, multiple Class in Group winner
, His critique: "So exquisite & feminine" is what I wrote about this one, has the neatness, refinement, quality & legginess which for me spell ‘Basenji’, beautiful head, correct topline & tail set, ideal size, just the right amount of bone, indeed a ‘lightly built, finely boned, aristocratic-looking animal, high on leg compared with its length’. In the challenge my eye kept coming back to her for her sheer quality, initially she decided to play up on the move but just in time she got into gear & went well enough in each direction to take the top award, what a way to become a champion.

Ch Bayenzi Haren Holiday (Tarot)
Runner Up Best In Speciality Show: Basenji Club NSW 2003 Judge: Ms Sandra Bridges (USA)
(From Junior Class)
Ms S Bridges (USA)
"An eye catching Red boy with an absolutely gorgeous head, tons of wrinkle, correct set dark almond eyes, beautiful forward set, hooded ears. Super outline, lovely length of well crested neck blending into short level back with well set curled tail. High on leg with good length of upper arm and forearm, deep chest with the resulting good tuck up and short loin. He has super feet and a beautiful sort red-orange coat He is fine boned but not too fine, keeping a good height to weight ratio. Moving he was lovely, keeping his outline, head carried well with an easy swinging stride. He and my BIS Bitch were quite a pair"
Many thanks to Heather Budd for showing him to his very best on the day

"Classy tri, won a difficult class easily on type & proportions, tall & short, reachy neck, correct bone, OK tail, masculine head, would just like a little more angulation & a longer stride. Litter brother to BIS"
Most Sucessful Sire: Basenji club of NSW Champ Show 2005 Judge: Dr R James (UK)
Best Coat: Basenji club of NSW Champ Show 2005
Health testing: Hips Thyriod: Low but normal for a Basenji Eyes: Clear.

Bayenzi King Creole (Jazz)
Jazz was also a show quality pup, at 9 weeks old, he chose his forever home
It was with my sister in law Colette & her partner Rona. He had a fabulous life in the country, no fences & complete freedom.
The sweetest, most loving Basenji I ever met, there was not a person, dog or animal he did not make friends with
He was always welcomed back into his pack with great joy and special happy yodels from his twin brother Tarot
Died from a snake bite in September 2005.
Much loved & much missed.
